What Running Is:
Running is about so much more than winning a race. The act of overcoming self-imposed obstacles is much more valuable, and lasts a lifetime.
Runners come in ALL shapes, sizes, ages and ability levels. When you yearn to become a better version of yourself, running empowers you to get there.
Commonly Asked Questions:
Why do I need a coach?
Having a coach is all about finding ways to help you reach your goals. Whether you want to complete your first event, get redemption on an event you didn’t finish (or want to improve your time on), OR you are ready to get serious about competing for a podium win - a coach can design a plan to help you get there.
What does a coaching relationship look like?
A coach is there for YOU. Every conversation is based around your questions, concerns and plans. They will be in your corner no matter what comes up. There should be a foundation of trust between you and your coach, and you should always feel that they have your best interests at heart - EVEN if they need to ask you why you skipped or added a workout.
What will my coach plan for me?
The first question you will be asked is “What is your training availability?” A customized plan will be created based on when you can realistically train. Your coach will design a training plan that also reflects your goals. If it appears that the plan isn’t quite working, it can be adjusted!
You should also feel that you are being challenged enough - workouts should feel just out of the comfort zone, with enough time to recover effectively for your next run day.

Meet Dino & Nicole
NICOLE ARACKI
I have been running for 15 years, after a few decades of stating loudly “I’ll NEVER be a runner!” Running has done so much for me - it’s pushed me out of my comfort zone, helped me to sort out my thoughts, and helped me to learn the art of setting long-term goals that DO manifest into reality.
I am lucky enough to have had 2 wonderful mentors: Veronica McIlvenna, who introduced me to trail running and ultramarathons and Wayne Richardson, owner of Runners Sole (my employer). Wayne has a great depth of knowledge when it comes to running, and has been involved in the specialty running industry for nearly 40 years! Both of these amazing people have helped me to understand what running is to ME. And that is what I want to pass on to my clients.
I am also an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and Reiki Master Teacher. I have led countless workshops, classes and trainings on improving one’s life and circumstances. I have been heavily involved in health, healing and mindset for over 20 years.
My other education is in Tony Robbins’ intensive seminars, including Unleash the Power Within, as well as Business Mastery 1 & 2. Through Tony, I learned how to identify what I really want out of life, as well as how to recognize limiting patterns that were holding me back. I use Tony’s techniques to this day!
My coaching style is based on a foundation of Balance - this is reflected in how I communicate with my athletes, as well as how I organize training plans and how we check-in and figure out how to consistently move forward no matter what. That said, I believe that we learn the most when we are challenged both physically and mentally.
Due to my background in healing, I add an extra component of working through the mess of life, whilst constantly improving the physical game.

DINO ARACKI
Dino began his running journey in 2010 and completed his first ultramarathon in 2011. He began to run while out of shape, overweight, and living an unhealthy lifestyle. It didn’t take too long for him to observe improvements in all aspects of his life - physically, mentally, and spiritually, all while developing a career and raising a family. This drew him in even further, cementing his dedication to running.
All these years later Dino remains committed to constant and never ending improvement in all endeavours. He will always be grateful to those people who took the time to teach and pass on knowledge, now he’d like to offer his knowledge and experience to those striving for better things.
Still competing in running events today and improving simultaneously, Dino has incorporated strength training into his routine, adopting the hybrid athlete approach and demonstrating that personal bests are always possible if one is willing to put in the work - the future looks bright!
